Use this trick to find out who is talking about your business...
There are people out there talking about your aesthetic medicine business. They could be lamenting the service they received from a new team member or praising a particularly solid aspect of your practice. And in order to do that you first need to discover who is actually discussing your brand and where these conversations are taking place.
That's where Google Analytics (GA) comes in. We've discussed the power of GA and what it can do for your marketing efforts more than few times now. Let's take a look at how you can use this tool to better understand who is linking to your site and where those links are being placed. This will give you more insight into the overall communication regarding your business throughout the web.
To access your referral sources in GA, simply click on the Acquisition tab on the left-hand side. Then click on the All Traffic tab in the drop-down menu. Finally, click on the Referrals tab.
When you take a look at this view, you'll be able to see the various websites that are hosting links to your business's landing pages. You can then visit these sites and/or reach out to their administrators in order to get an even deeper understanding of their linkage to you.
